Refund Policy

1. Purchased tickets are non-modifiable and non-refundable except in the event of cancellation by the organizer.
2. A Ticket Prism service fee per ticket may apply. Please review the total amount prior to making payment.
3. To facilitate smooth entry, we recommend arriving at the venue at least one hour before the scheduled start time of the event.
4. In the event of cancellation or postponement, Ticket Prism will refund only the face value of the ticket; service fees are non-refundable.
5. Each venue operates under its own set of rules and regulations, which attendees must adhere to.
6. These terms and conditions are subject to revision at the organizer's discretion.
